Humble Beginnings
In April 2015, BV Miami partnered with the Make-A-Wish Foundation to grant Matthew's wish of a magical trip to Disney World. Unfortunately, his battle with leukemia took a turn, and he was unable to fulfill his dream.
When we learned of Matthew's heartbreaking situation, we joined forces with our community to find a lifeline. Together, we surpassed our goal not only by raising funds but by finding a compatible donor to save Matthew's life. His family's gratitude is a testament to the power of compassion and the impact of our collective efforts.
